- LONG AND MIDDLE DISTANCE:

There are two ways to carry out the entry:
* Runners with FEDO or FPO license must do it through their club
* Runners without FEDO or FPO license must fill this form and send it to adolince@adolince.net.

- SPRINT:

Entries must be performed via: www.adolince.net, through entry form of this web page.

- PAYMENTS

Payments must be realized by bank transfer to "Asociacion deportiva de Orientacion Lince": FIBANC indicating responsible person.

- DEADLINES

The deadline for entries will open on December 1, 2008, will close on February 15, 2009, without charge and will close on February 21 with a surcharge of 5 €, not accept entries after that date from February 21 to 24 hours.

Any runner who wishes to participate in this race should register via www.adolince.net, filling up the specific entry sheet included in this web page. Entries are not allowed on competition day. Runners who wish to take part in this event must pay a fee of 2 €.

LICENSES

For all classes, except "correlin", it is necessary to be in possession of the License of season. For those who do not have license, the fees contained a previous charge, according to "event insurance", that only allows you to participate in this race.

PRIZES

- First three in each class adding the times of Long and Middle distance.
- WRE: first five competitors.
- Sprint: first competitor in each class.

PUNCHING SYSTEM

Sportident will be used. Each runner must bring their own si-card. In case of doesn´t have it, it can be rented (6 € and deposit of 36 €) or purchased (36 €) at the Event Center.
